Introducing Timeless Cottage!

Approximately 13 months have elapsed since we started Timeless Cottage. Late last week we passed Final Inspection and received the Certificate of Occupancy.

Timeless Cottage is an amazing home, constructed on an equally amazing site on Lake Murray in Chapin, SC. This modern farmhouse contrasts black windows and doors against classic white board and batten siding. Inside, this home evokes the charm of a Nantucket style coastal design.... featuring walls of contiguous glass where exterior windows are augmented with floating dormers, interior windows, and copius transoms to flood light and views in, and through, the home.

We plan to make this our family home and to also use it as a model to help illustrate several aspects of our design/build philosophies.
