What do you do when a 'once in a lifetime' panoramic point lot comes available on Lake Murray?

Well, for Timeless Craftsmen, the answer involves months of planning, permitting, acquiring scarce resources, and just plain hard work. But like all great things, the effort and the journey have been worthwhile.

We are finally at that point where every day yields small and large victories such as:

December 1st: We completed interior painting and installation of stone counters.

January 1st: Brings us to completion on interior tile, and most of the finish plumbing and electrical. The gas tank has been buried, and the water system has been installed (but not commissioned as we were waiting out the December deep-freeze).

These milestones create a host of new photo opportunities as well, and so we would like to take this opportunity to update the photo gallery category on the website dedicated to this latest build.

We will continue adding new photos throughout the final month to chart the progress of flooring on the main level, final work on the amazing kitchen/pantry duo, appliance install, Shower and cabinet glass, and balconies which are almost ready to install.

Feel free to reach out with questions. We always love to talk about homes, architecture and construction.
