Sad Old Shed
This poor shed had significant rot on doors, trim and sheathing, as well as having a bad roof. We contemplated tearing it down, but determined it could be saved. Besides fixing the damage, we determined the root cause of much of the damage was poor drainage of the landscape (water was collecting inside the shed). Cocoa Beach Facelift
